SPARTAN SAILPLANE

Has anyone had one of these? I bought one part finished but no instructions or plans with it. This one has flaps airelons rudder elevaror and spoiler control.

I am looking for any information on this bird so I can finish and fly this summer.

I believe this is a German kit
