Anyone have one of these ARFs? What do you think of the plane, and its thermal capabilities? I need some advice on the best intermediate level glider for flying in Florida off a winch.
I'm in the hobby 32 years, my last glider was a Hobie Hawk, and although I still have a LOT to learn about glider flying, I can handle more than a basic two-meter. Most of my time now is spent on helicopters and sport pattern, but it's time to start preparing for next winter.
