I'm using an AXI 2820/14, a 40amp ESC, and a Aeronaut 13x6.5 prop on an aluminum spinner.
2 3s1p25c2200mAh packs in parallel. I'd rather be overpowered than under.

My Paragon is about the same size and weight as a BOT.  I used an E-Flite Power-25 outrunner with a Phoenix -45 ESC and a 10 X 7 folding prop.  I get several climb outs on a single charge with a Lipo battery.

A BOT and a Paragon are a lot alike in flying characteristics in that they're both floaters and will only benefit from the weight of the electric power system.

Perhaps try a search for "electric bot" or "electric bird time". I'm remembering a few other threads about this same topic that would likely help you.
