I need to make some repairs on My ION. What weight fiberglass cloth should I get?

That depends on what kind of damage your glider sustained. If it is only a slight crack in the skin you could use anything from 1.5-2.5 oz cloth. I'd rather use several layers of very fine (thin) cloth than going with one heavy layer. The thinner cloth also conforms better to the contours inside the fuse.
