Kirkwood, Ca
Has anyone ever flown at Kirkwood Ski area in California? The back bowl area is a bit of a hike but is wide open and looks like it could be fun....

I know a few of the sierra ski areas run their lifts during the summer for mountain biking....might find one that does that. Last I checked Kirkwood does not because the lease the mountain from BLM for the winter only. But it has been 10 years since I checked. Would like to know though. Family has a cabin just above Pioneer on the way to Kirkwood.
