Good fomie hlg?
 

Ok I am looking for a small hlg I have a hi-start and a daw tg-3 but... were I am its alot of wind(to much to fly in) or a small amount (not much to keep a tg-3 in) So I went to making spads... well thats not working to great. I like gliders to much. So whats a small epp glider that can be hl and take small winds. Maybe even a small motor to on it?..



p.s. If any one would like a tg-3 from daw talk to me

I went and looked at the weasle and the mini one looks like it might work were I am... how much wind do you need for that wing?

The boomer is a better choice for hlg than the weasel. The weasel is a better sloper.

Do you own one of those glider? It looks like they had little to no wind in the movies. And how hard is it to dl is? And is EPS Foam like epp?

Storm, The Boomer can handle winds from 0-15mph in standerd build.
i like to put and extra ounce under it and go gust hopping when the winds are abve 15mph.
the Boomer has 2-1/2" Epp leading edge over Eps back to the elevons. The ship is very tough.
Launch as with any DLG takes a little practice but due to the Boomers short wingspan 34",
Its a very quick learning process.

You might want to take a peek at the Spinner from http://www.upslopesailplanes.com. EPP foamy DLG w/ a decent planform.
