Default Pitch 0 to 24 degrees after rebuild. What did I do?

I'm getting pretty good at the hover and forward flight but I'm practicing side ways and nose in stuff now.

So, I crashed my TREX 500 ESP. I bent the Main rotor housing, Feathering shaft, trashed the main gear, tail gear and main blades... It took a couple of weeks to get all the replacememt parts together and I got it all back together and can't figure out why my pitch is way out of range.

I have the Spectrum DX8 and in those weeks of waiting, I messed with a few settings. I can't remember which ones though.

What did I do?

I disconected the motor and measured the pitch it at half throttle and it was about 12 degrees. At full throttle is way off the charts. I think it's about 24 degrees.

What the heck did I do to get that much pitch?

Did I put it together with the wrong or mess the controller's setting too much?

Thanks for any help,

Ray

The best thing for you to do is start from scratch, set your radio to default and set everything to 90 degrees on your heli and go from their.
