    Tail servo/radio setup?

I have a futaba 7c and GY48 gyro. A quick question on setup:

When I move the stick, the servo starts moving, at about half stick the servo hits it limit and stops moving, so the last half of travel of the stick is not being used.

Is this normal for tail rotor servos?

All ATV's are 100 % and endpoints are normal settings.

    Thanks!
