Default Walkera 37

Hello guys, nice to meet you all.

I´m a newbie (lol), but I need a little help from you to tame my new heli....
When I´m trying to take off with it, (the main roto is spinning clockwise) the heli´s tail is rotating conterclock, althought I´m using the controller trim full to the left (countering the movement of the tail).

Is there a way to balance or adjust the tail spin

Than you all in advance!

Hum, if the tail rotor is somehow "curved" could it possibly be the reason for the uncontrolled spinning?
