Default Trex 250 First crash. Now just spins on the ground

I crashed and cracked a main blade and dented my boom. Just to check for other damage I decided to plug in the battery and start it up. I give the heli throttle and it does not lift off the ground at all. The entire heli spins in a circle! The mushroom gear came loose for the 4th time after using gorilla glue. Could it be a stripped main gear? I shouldn't have to adjust gyro settings right? Any advice is greatly appreciated!!!! Video link has been posted below

I would say there is sure to damage to the main gear after a decent crash . The way the heli is spinning indicates that the tail rotor is not spinning fast enough to keep the heli straight . You will have to replace the main blades .

I verified the mesh with the gears was causing the issue. So I took the tail boom off and fixed the mesh with the tail gear and the heli does not spin in circles anymore. Now I have another problem! The lipo battery is charged and when I give the heli about 25% throttle the heli stops spinning, shuts off, beeps twice and the bind light on the 3gx turns red.
