Co-pilot and XP8103
I need some help. I installed co-pilot in my Ergo 60 last week. I can´t figure how to set up my XP8103 to control CP remote gain. CH5 is for gear act. If I use it I´ll have only on/off control. CH7 is used by JR NER900 gyro. CH8 is used by 1400mAh battery. Hitec 8ch slim rx. Can I use a Y extension and share CH8 to both battery and CP to control remote gain. It´s not so ease to understand how to program aux3 in XP8103. The manual (user´s guide) lacks more detailed information about setup aux3 (ch8). Thanks any help! Henrique

RE: Co-pilot and XP8103
i would just set the CP up to the on and off switch and just set the thro on the CP itself, then you just turn th cp on or off when you need to.this is how mine is set up....[8D]

RE: Co-pilot and XP8103
Scott.
CH5 in XP8103 is a switch to control gear. So it works like a on/off switch to CP.
If you plug CP in aux2 as you said, it would works more as a CP gain crontol (sensibility) than an on/off switch.
CP plugged in aux2 or aux3 might works like I would expect: gain control.
The problem once again is how to program CP gain in XP8103.
Warlock advise to live alone any free ch in rx and use gain control by hand is what I am thinking at this moment...

warlock1174 told me the same so it will work both ways in your radio,so yes for now just set the cp up so you turn the gain up and down on the contrl box til you learn to fly better.
