Default new to helis

I purchased a nexus .30 from a guy at my field. my first question is what % fuel do i use for the o.s. sx .30? Second question is what is the best way to get started?

Umm all i can think to do is go the your flying field/club and ask one of the guys there to heli you

I would suggest spending a little more time on the sim. I think I was on the sim for almost 3 months (which is probably overkill) but I just wanted to be sure of myself. Another thing is try and see if someone who knows helis well will help you w/ the fine tuning of the blades, servo travel, etc... After all that strap on a hula-hoop (or your prefered training gear) and go for it. Hope all goes well ...

Perhaps talk to the guy who you bought the heli from he will almost certainly give you help and any information you need, most people within this hobby are willing to help out where possible.
