Default find me a 3d heli

Ok this will be my first heli. I want to start 3d so I don't have to buy 2 helis to get started. My price range is 320 dollars. What's the best 3d for this price?

Helis arn't easy.... I've been trying for months and still don't hover good. All the adds make it sound simple, don't kid yourself.
If you think your going to take it out of the box and do 3d... I think you'll be dissipointed, and you'll wipe out your heli.
Read some of the questions her about just trying to hover or fly a straight line and back and you'll understand what I'm talking about.
Don't get me wrong, I love these things but I've spent a lot of time doing repairs and thats the other side of helis. If you don't like working on them as much a flying them, then think twice about helis.

Im getting a blade CP. Its a good one to start with because it is made to be upgraded to be able to do 3d. But the first thing you need to start with is a simulator.

yea i know...what we are trying to tell you is that you cant jsut get a 3d heli and expect to go 3d your first flight...bu doing that you are going to destroy your heli. what you need to do is to get a heli you can upgrade..like the CP and a simulator..start out hovering with a simulator before you start to fly with an actual heli. Im used to cars of course i know its not 3d driving..there is no such thing! this forum is helpful..you just need to listen to what we say.

Blade CP. Be prepared to crash. The link the other guy gave is a kit for 400. You wil be at about a grand at least at the end of buying everything for that heli. CP is cheap to repair which you will need to and upgradeable to do some 3D. It's the one most everybody has or has had and you can get help easily here. I would get a sim first before anything.

Or save some some money and get a good T-Rex setup. The new T-RexSA is looking pretty good.

Just got a Blade CP Pro, its only $30 more than a regular CP and comes with the 3d upgrade kit already installed along with a better radio, 800mah lipo (good for about 15-18 min) and the ability to add a brushless and HH gyro very easily, it even has the procedure in the instructions that come with it. I have only been flying 3 days and it is my first heli (major newbie) and thanks to Radds School of Flight, I was patient and made it to a somewhat stable 1min hover without breakinig anything in my 10'x10' space in my garage. I know the Pro might not be the best first heli but with patience patience patience, you can learn how to fly these babies.
