After watching I don't know either. The only thing I could think of is you were flying too low and too close to the wall (or other large objects) which created "ground effect" but something tells me that's not it.

I'd re-check your cyclic servos and make sure the rear servo isn't going bad. It looked like you were rapidly moving your cyclic stick forward and back (which I know you were not)

digital calipers. then use your pitch gauge on the paddles to get 0 pitch.

check shafts and balance blades.

Check your tail set up too.

thats to much movement for the blades i would think anyway.have you crasched this heli. it could be a bent mainshaft or feathering shaft that only shows up under slower head speeds

A little vibration on spool up is normal, as long as it goes away when it speeds up a little more.

I also posted this in your other [link=http://tinyurl.com/7zydwy]thread[/link].

That's a classic symptom of low head speed.

What motor are you using?
What batteries?

Try using a bigger pinion to bring up the head speed.
Are your batteries old? Low C rating? Try a new battery with a 25C rating. A good battery will help considerably.

BTW, I like your canopy. I may have to copy it...

ybenjulkay2x- there is a small dent in the tail boom from the blade hitting hit but its still straight.

DriveWRX- 3550 stock motor
20c 1250mah battery
13t pinion (i have a 15t too) i did have my throttle curves a little low 0..40..50..60..70 normal

OK. Your throttle curve is the main cause of the shakes. It is low. Try something like 0-50-60-85-85
Also your battery is a little small for this size heli. It may not be able to put out enough power.

So the combo of low throttle and small battery = shakes.
When you up the throttle curve, watch your battery. It's already working hard and it will have to put out more power to spin the head faster, so it may heat up too much. Heat kills batteries. 160F is the max, anything above that and the battery is cooked. If you have an [link=http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXEMG5&P=ML]IR thermometer[/link], watch those temps!

Try a 25C 2200mAh. You'll be amazed at the difference.

Give it a try and let us know how it works out.
Hope this helps!

That up and down tail bobbing is a classic symptom of the blade grips being too tight. Ask me how I know.....heh. tracking is right on the money....don't go tossing good money at a non issue. I usually tighten my grips and then back them off a half turn so they rotate freely thru out thier range of movement without moving away from the rotor head. Give it a try before you get too involved........sometimes the simplest fix is the right one.
