FS-CT6A 2.4GHZ Issues

I have had issues with my FS-CT6A transmitter and receiver which I purchased from RCMACHINE with a 450S-GF Align helli. After 3 flights (no mishapps), the binding to the receiver failed and could not be reset per manufacturers suggested process. I contacted rcmachine ,with whom I purchased the product, and they have not been able to help even with a replacement for the 2.4 GHZ receiver after repeated inquiries. Any one out there have this problem and how can it be solved? Also , I need a good XP USB driver for the xmitter.
