Yeah I actually got airborne a couple weeks ago I've only flown twice due to crappy weather, but more or less hovered out my first two packs with no drama or anything. Even had it up in some gusty wind, which was pretty scary but manageable. I definitely noticed that the wind likes to knock the poor thing around, gusts seem to make it go straight up more than pushing it around. I have to say I'm glad I have so much sim time, I can't imagine learning to fly a heli without it.

A good heli pad will help with some blade strikes. www.anything-rc.com/heli-pads.html
