Default Walkera RX2423 "sensitivity" Setting Question!

Hi everyone here is my situation, I wanted to increase the "play" on my servo movement but I accidently adjusted the sensitivity pot... And I have no Idea where the default position is suppose to be.. since the pot for some reason spins non stop 360 degree's with no stop.....

I read somewhere that having this in the wrong position can wear out the rear tail motor faster which adds to the problem. Could someone point me in the right direction on how to set the sensitivity properly? Or check their cb180 and tell me their position?

Any Help would be much appreciated!
Here is a picture of what im talking about below... From my gathering the below extent knob according to my tests is in the FULL position since anything below that causes the extent to be minimum. But yeah Im only interested in the sensitivity.
