The comment above isn't necessary.
Anyway, I'm building a Bell 222, and not sure what wood mounts you're talking about. The only wood mounts I see on my Bell are for the retractable landing gear. There are some good instructions for Bell 222 landing gear on this guys web site: [link=http://24.234.43.92/handihomann/hobby/bell222.htm]Handi Homann's Bell 222[/link] Good luck with whatever you decide. Century also has a compatibility chart on their web site for mechanics and fuses. You can find that here: [link=http://centuryheli.com/products/fuselages/fuselage.html]Century Fuse Charts[/link] Just go to that page, and there are 2 things to click on, 60 size and 30-46 size. That will show you which mechanics will fit in which Funky fuselages. Hope this helps!

I might be wrong, but if I remember, is this guy the same person that did the video for Century Helicopters showing their Bell 222??.....I think that it is....if you look at the picture for the Loppy or something....the electric plane, you can see his house, and then you look at the video of the Bell 222 at Century's page, and I think that you see the same page......I would get in touch with him (Handi Homann I think his name is) and just ask him myself, but I couldn't find a place to 'contact me'.....so I guess that won't work......

Adios!!

Hi guys,
iflynething, that was pretty good for spanish 101. my mom and sister live in Raleigh.

Fritz13, encantado conocerte. cualquier cosa me puedes mandar un email. tengo un amigo que tiene mucha experiencia con los Bell222 y Century en general.

DustoffUH1. He was referring to the landing gear as he has heard there are a lot of problems in getting the gear to funtcion properly and that after some time it comes loose due to vibration.

Take care.

How are you, friends? Well, I've almost finished the Long Ranger, only thing left is for the Vario people who after two weeks after my purchase have not sent any of my items. Well, what can we do with such irresponsible persons?

I have already completed the first flight and truthfully it is spectacular and looks excellent and very real.
here are some pics of how the heli is coming out.

RESPONSE:
Hirobocool, el helicoptero se ve tremendo. Lo siento que has tenido problemas con Vario. Te has comunicado con Joe Howard en Massachussets? El es el dealer exclusivo de Vario y una persona muy responsable. Vete al siguiente website:

Buena suerte.

Very nice paint job on the Long Ranger One of these days I'll finish painting my Bell 222. I've primed and got all the pinholes filled, primed again & sanded. Now its ready to paint. Once I finish my Piper Cub (almost done), I'm going to work on my Bell again. I'm painting it like an EMS helicopter, CareFlite [link=http://www.careflite.com/helicopter.htm]CareFlite Helicopter[/link]. The paint scheme will not be easy, but I think I can handle it. I'm going to use automotive paint. What kind of paint did you use?

Buen detalle encontrarse con amigos de habla hispana en este fantástico sitio. Soy de Costa Rica, muy novato, de momento mis experiencias exitosas se circunscriben al Draganflyer y al Hirobo Lama.
