Default Venture w/ TT 39?

I just received my TT 39 for my Venture. The guy from Heliproz told me that I would need the OS drive washer, so I got it also.

He also told me that I would need to round out the flat sided of the inside hole in the washer and then I would have to flatten the outside.

Does anyone know if this works? And if so, how did you do it?

Thanks,
Kevin

Default I didn't do that

I just took the washer off the OS 32 and used a disk sander to knock off a little of the lip or ridge on the back of the washer. It took me about 15sec and has worked fine ever since, that was a few gallons of fuel ago. I bet you could just get a piece of good quality 100 grt sand paper lay it on a flat surface and rub the washer back-and-forth on it by hand and do the same thing. If this don't make since write me back and I'll explain better.
Good Luck

bigwave,

That is what I ended up doing and it looks like it will work great.
