Default venture cp 30

getting back into helis since my old xcell 40 4 yrs ago. just bought the jr venture cp 30 arf. my question is there is no reference to rotor head speed rpm. my old xcell told the optimum rpm for best performance throughout the collective range. Has things changed or is there a new method now. i usually put the heli on a flightstand to get away from ground effect while setting up. thanks.
