I just happened upon this 1973 vintage Dubro heli on YouTube and had to post a link!!!!

I thought the GMP Crickett was old technology..........

I stand humbley corrected!

My hat is off to the pilot of this crazy copter!

Thats great Imagine the skill it takes to fly that thing. Safety sure has come along way. Today's industry would never allow that on the market.

Hello ,I have one of these 505 whirlybirds that belonged to my late father-in law.I am going to sell it for his estate
It is complete less transmitter.it does have the flight pack
He restored it 10 or 12 years ago flew it once and it hung in his modeling room where it has been until a few months ago
If anyone could give me an idea of its worth I would greatly appreciate

I flew one when they first came out. No different than flying a modern heli. Primitive yes, and a little slow to respond at times, but controllable. Why do you say they are more unsafe than a present day machine?
