You should be able to use quite a few of the Vario fuselages for your Raptor. I have a friend who used X-cell 60 mechanics in a medium Airwolf. On Vario USA's website when you select a particular fuselage it will show you the length and suggested rotor span for the fuselage. I would think anything the size of the medium Airwolf would work.

IMPORTANT NOTE!!! All of the Vario fuselages come with specific woodwork designed to fit their mechanics. Be prepared to have to modify that woodwork or make your own.

I'm sure if you e-mailed them they would be able to give you some suggestions.

Good Luck!

Tim,

I saw this post last night and went through the galleries here and on your website. Your Airwolf is A-MAZING. I cant even describe how good it looks.
My LHS has 2 6ft Vario carbon Airwolfs, one black/white and one camo, built and for sale on display but they dont even hold a candle to yours.

My main reason for getting into the hobby is to fly a scale Airwolf, I'm looking for a Century or Vario medium size, but my guess is I should learn to fly with something simpler.

I have a post going about myself getting started, maybe you can offer some suggestions http://www.rcuniverse.com/showthread...hreadid=824410
Any help would be much appreciated )
