Default adjustment of a cp blade helicoptor

I have a cp blade helicoptor and just burned up tail motor. I bought a direct drive conversion kit and installed it.now I tring to adjust the main rotor tothe tail motorand I'm tried everything, but my 3 to1 control unit.does not want to adjustand the heli keepsgoing around in a circle. the mainrotor is rotating clockwise and the tail motor is going counter clockwise.wondering ifI need to put the tailmotor on the other side. please help with is issue.thanks.I need to fly

Reading your post again, it sounds like you have the plug for the tail motor plugged in the wrong way
