try 3 turns out on the main and see if it will come to life if not reduce the needle by 1/8 and keep going if the low speed is out that will be a lett
el tougher let me know i do not have a webra know but had one a long time a go all engines pretty much run the same do you have what looks like a needle on each side of the carb
