LOL!

how did they get his head and arms to move? was it opn a different system or did they just use a 2 channel setup and use the other stick for the bear?

I am not sure I see on the side if the plane some type computer system with a bunch of lights,,, you can see it for a brief monet when he is flying,,, Then on final all you see is the one guy sooooooooo take it from there

No. the lights were just a voltage meter. It was done with servos and bell cranks. If I know anything about mechanics..
