Nice work Sebastian. It is good to see you are pushing to finish the Panther. You will be happy with the way it flies………………….I purchased a set of 5 " Robart tires wheels and brakes to replace the Dubro tires I was using. They look very nice and they work really well.

Soon it will fly. Sebastian wanted me to explain that the quick dirty flap linkage under the wing was at a disadvantage. Vladimir hinged the flap below the surface making the arm sebastian installed less effective with a lot of slop. The arms were cut off and Sebastian reoriented the servo to put the linkage inside the wing, pushing the flap from the top of the surface. That also is now more of an advantage because the hinge line is below the surface. The servo now holds well with no slop.

Sebastian test flew his 1/4 Scale F9F Panther today at the Fox Valley field. He did an excellent job. It was a great first flight. Here is the video I shot of the flight..https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nPfV...ature=youtu.be

My Feedback: (176)
I think the usually rules it's to not use them on maiden flights + I'm not confident to land with flaps all my jets are Alfa with canards no flaps I think I did ok on maiden ,now it's time to instal gear doors and some cockpit instruments and fly fly and test the flaps or speed brakes .
