Its one of the most sorted airframes out there. Just ensure everything is as it should be and you will be fine
I think you will find the before and after shots are a long way apart in dates. The TB CF now sports a swept back fin and other changes.

The CF and UF are totally bullet proof. Unless you try to take off with the brakes set and hit the tall grass at 50mph!!

Flew the ultra flash today. For a first turbine jet, with a k170 was an extreme great experience!!! I did four flights. Greased every single landing.

Thanks to Darren, Eric, and Tom for standing by my side and helping with my flight.
And also thanks to Ronnie from Texas for sharing his settings with me.

Yup, Andy did a great job flying his new (Dantley built) UF today. It was seriously windy, 20+ mph (but down the runway), and all his flights went smoothly. Almost made me reconsider buying another UF to replace the one that came apart in flight due to previous wing damage... But no, I am gonna go for a scale jet next time around. Anywhoooo, back on topic! Good job out there Andy, see you next week!

Well, I finally did it. I pulled the trigger and placed the order for my new Ultra Flash. It will take a few months for it to get done and get to its new home but at least now I know it is coming. Good times await.

This is my first one. In fact, this is my first turbine. I have flown other people turbines and my own electric jets, but everything I have read here and elsewhere tells me this is the beginning of a great love affair. :-)

Oh yeah you will be hooked on it from your first flight!

This is my first jet as well and I just got my turbine waiver with it this past Friday.

What scheme did you get? and what power plant will be on yours?

I went with the chequer scheme but I used green as the accent color. I liked the green, blue and white one but the chequer scheme really drew me in. I just didn't like any of the accent colors. Yellow was probably my favorite but then I decided if I am going to spend a lot of money on this thing, lets make it my own. So I photoshopped green in as the accent color just to see what it looked like and I fell in love with it. The pics are below. There is still an orange glow around the green since I just did a rush color swap in phtotshop but you get the idea.
