all resend and future SkyMaster Greek customers

The recent incidence about the USA SkyMaster customer having a reason
to come here online and complain for a defect jet (because he is been given one)

have been defined as: uncontrollable situation since my market got affected by it too
because this forum is been used also by Greek members and not only USA members.
After getting permission from my customers:
there phone numbers and emails are available by me to any future Greek SkyMaster customers to confirm my basic same politics years now:
-all orders may have maximum a week delay in compear to the estimate time of arival(never was a longer delay for Greece )
-for all "small part" orders customers will have feedback in max 48 hours
-i run personally QC inspection before deliver a jet and i take the responsibility if there is a defection.
-no defect jet will be delivered to the customer even if the customer "will dont mind"
customer will need to wait until i will deliver what he paid for he like it or not=he has only an option of a full refund or a better deal because of the extra delay.
-if the defect part been detected by the customer must be return back to me prior replacement and all shipping cost are covered by me.
-defect parts will be replaced as soon as possible with out extra charge
-free replacement is not my hobbie so you better saying the truth cause i will find out sooner or later
With that basic been sed i welcome future Greek customers trust to SkyMaster products and get to know with the ones already fly this jets!

this is good service for Skymaster,,
as i promised that i now make the QC inspection by myself before deliver to customers for all SM ARF PLUS kits.,
this will spend alot time for me, but this will make better quality for SM customers and also can teaching my staffs ., that let them to know where are these QC inspection points,

Rest of the guys.. if you think about the things i mention cost me few extra minutes and no money
cause at the end of the day they just bring more orders in.Not big deal realy

IMHO, great for George but what he posted is exactly what I would expect from any dealer and nothing less. Maybe my expectations are too high?? Anyway, good for G for putting it in writing. At least he has the coxones to do it.
It would be great if RCI could do the same, just to give some peace of mind for the US costumers.
I kind of agree with Bigplums but if this helps the many unsatisfied SM costumers and the new ones get resolution to their issues, by all means let them carry on and applaud it.

It's called helping people all round, people on this forum buy jets and you do have to have vendors in order to purchase them, all thats being demonstrated here is that someone is willing to put there name and assurance to the customer.
Great support and I only hope people are honest enough should a genuine defect be present on a kit. Top class service.

He's not breaking any forum rules, even non advertisers are allowed to make a non graphical ad once a month. I have no problems with his post. Maybe if all the dealers and manufactures were like this I'd actually be interested in some of these airplanes again.

Well I have to say that George is right on par with what he is preaching. I had a bit of an issue that I thought was never going to get rectified with all the crap that is going on in these forums. With this part of the hobby not being as wide spread to where you can go to your local hobby shop, I was was having serious thoughts on if wanted to continue down this level of it.
I emailed Michel of Jets RC and George and I got a response from both in less than 48hrs. On top of that I am not even a customer of George and he took care of me like I was. This morning I received an email from Anton saying that he was taking care of my issue right away..
This kind of customer service has put no doubt in my mind that my next jet down the road will be from Skymaster. My hat is off to George, Michel and Anton for excellence in customer service..I look forward to many years in this hobby, I couldn’t be happier

Again I am blown away, I received an email from Skymaster that my stuff has shipped, and gave me a tracking number. If you look at the date of my last post, and my post now you can see how quickly this got turned around..and my issue wasnt a door cylinder or something easy like that to just ship...I have to say thanks again, we have one more event for the year OCT 23-24 and Anton new that, and got my stuff right out..Again, thanks to everyone involved..This has been such a trouble free experience..

I ordered a Skymaster L-39 cockpit from RCI on Sep 16th. I have still not received it. I spoke with Jeff last week and he said it would be on the way, and that Skymaster would email me the shipping information. I have heard nothing. Why is it taking so long to get my cockpit for my L-39? I have waited almost a month and a half now.
