Just for the record. Canadians use the same TX's as you Americans. No idea about the French though (80 percent of Canadians are NOT French). And we prefer "Not sticking our nose where it doesn't belong Transmitter". :P

Nope! Those clowns were flying with one of those French/Canadian transmitters with the throttle installed where the elevator belongs. What do they call it...a ''Surrender Transmitter''?
Maybe one day of they go back in the closet and use a real ''proper'' transmitter I might give it a whirl or two...

Encouraged to see the posts of ''this is my first turbine'', just go to show that if you make it affordable it will introduce more modellers to jet flying, there is no reason why all the ARTF kit suppliers cannot turn out a jet AFTF the same as they make 120 size prop planes.
If they did more and more would get into the Jet hobby.
Have to say well done to Henry for doing his bit.

I have been saying that for ages. I so agree. I even started a whole thread on this and got flamed by many of the established Jet suppliers. To me there is no rear difference between say nice ARTF warbird at say £600 to a Jet so why is the Jet £1500

Pepper,
You are about a year late to the party.
It's the running joke on the circuit that RC Pete and Chuck are really Frenchies pretending to be Canadian so they don't have to wave white flags where ever they go. Rich and the gang from upper PA are so close to Canada they are A/Cs (almost Canadians) that makes them defacto Frenchoies too.
It just never ends...

RE: The new Tornado sport jet
Just a quick update I received the arrival notice yesterday for the container so it is here in Miami, unfortunately Customs has put a hold on the release because they want to x-ray the container so I am not sure how long that will take. I am going to meet with Customs today to see if I can expedite this process but since the holidays are so close not sure if I can get anything done. I will keep everybody informed. Merry Christmas to all.

Henry I would like to say thank you for all the help getting my turbine waiver and letting you use one of your demo planes to do this. You guys are an A class operation. With the prices you guys are offering and the customer service I will not buy unless I get it from you guys. By the way the F86D looks great

RE: The new Tornado sport jet
I'm sorry guys I know everybody is waiting I am doing my best to try to get customs to release the container. I was told they are working on a skeleton crew for the holidays so they are backed up. I going to Port Everglades tomorrow to see if I annoy them enough they will X-ray the container and give it to me just so I can leave lol.
