I'm sorry to say everybody but at least from point of view he is A+ he gave a buddy of mine a free airplane because he thumbed his first one on his maiden. And me personnaly has always handled every problem I had. Maybe it's lack of support on that side of the pond? Not him

Jetfan we have a full line of stock now and have had for the last 2 weeks. When you called me a month or so ago we were out of stock. I have alway's handled every bodies issue. It seems everybody who has issue come from the UK and if that is true you have a representative there that can help you if he is not or he cannot he will contact me and I will get it handled. We bring a very inexpensive turbine kit to the market a will continue to do so. If people have issues with my customer service I ask you to please contact me directly and I will help in any way possible.

Well i can also add to the great customer support by Modellbau, not only from Henry but also from Alberto. I purchased a set of wings and go them in a few days. Also i got 100% support from Spring Air when there was a problem with my struts.

one that note i sorry that jet fan had a problem with the servo's but I have a set on my Tornado with no problems just like KC and several others. If you had a problem with the servo's if you got them brand new from Modellbau I can see them doing somthing to help but you got the Airplane second hand and you have no idea how they were treated or what what kind of power was ran through them. If you call JR or Hitec and tell them that the servos on the tail of your second hand jet are bad and you want them to give you new ones they would laugh at you. my .02 cents

Keep up he good work, can wait to see the new V3 bird!!!

That's fine and dandy, maybe his CS is great to some but my experience didn't go all so well on several different occasions. Again, the plane is great, flies great and affordable. But, consistent customer service out weighs everything else. My turbine was third hand and after speaking with Eric about future servicing he gave me the run down and it was pretty much like the first or second owner. Prior to owning the tornado, I had a Bobcat that I had just purchased third hand. I took it out to the field to have a experienced turbine flyer look it over and Uncle B showed up to fly, he came over, looked it over and told me that the engine needed to be service ASAP and that I needed to bring it by his shop to have the fuse repaired underneath from the gear collapsing at no charge. So, all that stuff about being first, second or third hand doesn't mean nothing to some. If you read my post to henry about the servos, I was not asking for replacement or repair. I just wanted to know if they noticed this with any of the servos. The servos had had 10 flights prior to me purchasing and has the Modellbau LIFE batteries with them, so I don't think they were abused. I will be more than glad to mail these servos to anyone who does not believe what I have to say and to make a even sweeter deal you can keep them...lol...My MBA 3500 servos all four of them have play. They are now replaced with Hitec 5245 and no slop. The plane is one of my favorites to fly, this is not about the Tornado by no means, but all about my experience with CS.

Lol...Well to be honest, I ran it on Ebay and it sold for almost double of what I payed for it. So I was looking for something else and came across a 10 flight Tornado and jump all over it.

sorry i don't understand your way of thinking, if you were so dissatisfied with a Bobcat that you listed it on eBay, why then buy a Tornado? makes absolutely no sense at all what so ever.

The P80 will not fit this airplane or any of our other models. The perfect match for the new V3 Tornado is the K80 Rabbit 100 size engines

The P80SE is too wide for the standard mount.

That amount of power in a Boomerang Sprint is a good combination, recommended, the only thing is positioning the weight as far forward as possible to counter the weight of the P80, I had one in an Elan, but it was a bit lack luster.

Nice job well done, Looks great in that scheme, what is the story though with these red tinted canopies, make it look like a cheap chineese jobby

I have a white and red scheme and am wondering if anyone can tell me what color red it is? Is it an ultracote color? I'm sure it is listed in this thread somewhere but I searched and couldn't find it. Any help is appreciated! Thanks
