RE: Phoenix MFC jet fest (N London)
Glad I got pushed into flying the tutor today - was a challenge but really good fun!
Thanks to DW for the quick wheel change - Nearly as quick as those F1 pit stops!
Like my leg just the way it is - think that photo has been tampered with!
Roll on Friday.

Yours doesn't even have a pilot...presumed you were not bothered about scale
Whilst building the jet last year though I thought I'd give myself a fighting chance and assemble it all the right way round - each to their own of course.....

What, are you really going this time?
It might rain, be cold, warm, windy, sunny, snow or hail. I didnt think you came out in any of these conditions.?

Dave,
I will admit that I made excuse after excuse on why I should not be flying.
However, the bug is back and the fingers are itching to wiggle those sticks again and again.
See you friday.

Having only managed one visit to PMFC during the last couple of months, I decided to skip being away and fly locally. The Habu 32 started its run down to 100 flights and I took the Spark EDF out for a flight having hardly flown it this year (too fast to photo!) At the field was Colin with his CARF Hawk and Habu 32T, Big Trev with his Nano P-60SE, Dave Bugz also Nano P-60SE, Simon "windy" Miller with his near vintage Flash P-120SE. Great mornings flying...might even go back tomorrow

Hi Dave, actually got out to Honington on Thursday, got my XL maidened at last and even got my hands on the sticks, enjoyed myself so much I'm gping again tomorrow (Sunday) for another enjoyable day out (I hope) Also taking a Habu EDF that I have bought to get me some more stick time in.
Below is a link to a YT video that Deano took of a bit my flight.
