And now something completily different! My own design but i think its kinda cool.
Maybe not enough "jet" for you guys. One more jetlike thing also which i planned to make from foam.

Many of the planes mentioned are available in either 70mm or 90mm EDF versions which are excellent convertions. If doing something "new" why not go for something that does not excist already.
three examples of planes that I haven't seen in the larger EDF segment.
SAAB J29, a single engine jet fighter which flies great as a model with alot of room for electronics.
Harrier
Lightning

RE: P20 - What jet would you like?
OK here is a real possibility, its the RF-84F Thunderflash.
It was a recon version of the F-84 Thunderchief, but with a few interesting mods, mainly wing root air intakes and a longer nose and (easier to kit) nose wheel position/location.
Its a swept back wing very reminiscent of the `Sabre', all moving tailplane and two fantastic drop tanks slung under the wing root area. It looks to have a good wide track and simple lines with a classic look.
The F84 has been kitted a few times to my knowledge, and is a great look jet, and may still be an option - my only concern at the small end of manufacture is the proximity of the nose wheel to the intake ducting and the possible associated manufacturing issues that his may present.
I like the RF-84F Thunderflash, and comments? Would be nice to see this as a P120-P160 airframe too?

RE: P20 - What jet would you like?
Nice ideas, thanks Jonas and Henke.
The Harrier and Lightning are fantastic jets, maybe someone will do a twin P20 version, but from a manufacturing point of view these are two complex beasts
Don't believe the RF-84F Thunderflash has been kitted (posted above)

Marc,
Maybe it's a idea to make a "poll" with several airframes to choose from.
This give you as a manufacturer an idea which models heve the biggest interest for you to design
Henke, yes there are many EDF conversions possible but a lot are not designed for turbine use.
They have a way to large engine intakes, no gear fascility etc, etc.

RE: P20 - What jet would you like?
i think you are missing the market.
OK idea on the poll, lets have 10 suggestions from you pilots out there for possible subject matter, please also consider we would like to scale up the P20 jet to possibly P80 size and above if possible so something 'interesting' and not 'done to death'.
I will add the RF-84F Thunderflash to the list to kick off.

My uncle flew the F84-Thunderstreak back in the 50's at the Dutch Airforce. I did get "the" virus from him!
1: Sportjet ala "Futura" design. (pure performance jetflying)
2: Mig-15
3: T-33 Shootingstar
