I ordered a few items from dream-works rc and never received it because of the shippers fault no fault of Todd at dreamworks.After weeks of calling the shippers and waiting with no positive results Todd at dreamworks decided to make the situation right by me. I just want to say
thank you Todd for great customer service and His employee Ms Linda .Todd displayed excellent customer service and I have no second thoughts about spending my hard earned dollars with his company in the future.Thanks again Todd and let the jokers with similar business observe and follow.

I recently bought some new tires from dreamworks for my flash on a Sunday and they shipped out the next day. Great service for sure, website is real user friendly too.

I'm second to that!! Linda and Todd gave us nothing but a great great service, and when we had a little problem Linda spent some time to solve, and she did!! with a big smile!!!
and all the time I was kept informed by her e-mails.

yeap, very good shopping experience from me as well....all orders shipped and arrived to the centre of the earth(cyprus) earlier than i estimated and most important all included in the box and most most important all the correct items....others dont do this either....bravo Todd and team!!
