RE: When I squeezed it, It went
I get the first 1/4th of the fuse mold in and it is ready for the second part. Also glassed the stabs.
I am also working on a vacuum form box. Ill be able to make clear canopy set for the model.

RE: When I squeezed it, It went
Here is mold 2 almost ready to lay up. I need to cut the border wood and wax and spray release PVA. Cut the cloth and Ill be ready.
I learned a few things on the first half, that should make a bit easier on this half. I took a full quart of epoxy resin on the first half.
The second part is in and I am ready to start the front. I'm shooting to have it laid up by Sunday night....

It took all weekend to prepare this for the next layup. Also made a vacuform machine. I wasted 2 sheets before I get something close to a canopy.
the plastic is $8.00 a sheet.

This was the only decent clear canopy I get out of 5 pieces of $8.00 each plastic. But Ill work more on it in due time. Last pic "Traffic at 12 O clock".

RE: When I squeezed it, It went
I got the tail boom, vertical fin halves laid up last night trimmed and this morning I have them joined. Waiting for the results is kinda like waiting for the UPS guy to bring your latest Turbine, or Shinny New kit. The difference of course it their is a chance this could be a BIG disappointment. [:-]

Well the glass Cloth rack is totally Stripped. All I have left is some 6 oz unidirectional. It doesn't seem layup friendly. But their is work to do while I am waiting on cloth.

The first part is a bit overweight. It was laid up out of scraps and a lot of thickened mix. Hopefully the next one will be much lighter and look better.
