Here is another valve that works very well. It is mechanical so you do need a servo for it. I have one on my F-86.

Call Eric at Jet Central. They have a great unit they can set you up with. Also features a Gear Down fail safe mode for low air pressure. Ordering one for my Cougar this week.

If you were using a servo operated gear door in a small model, would a mix be possible on a JR 12x?

( i did try it once but couldnt get the servo speed on the door to differ from the gear retract/extend speed)

bidrseed2, on the 12x it would be better if you used the mateing part of the programming under wing type instead of a mix then you should not have a problem with slowing the gear door channel down on the closing side of that function.
