Comp- Arf and Andy Kane
Finally a kit company that does it right. I ordered parts to finnish out my rookie II Late Wed night. The next day early I got a e-mail that said my parts were shipped. Now thats less than 12 hours from order to shipping. All the parts (in full) just hit my door step at 1:00 today. (Friday). This is so darn refreashing and I did not have to go overseas messing around to get it done. For other stuff, Todd and Linda is fast at dreamworks but from now on, when I get ready to add to my hanger, I might not look at anything else other than Comp-Arm. Just makes sence. Thanks Andy and have a Great Week-end. You just made mine. Roy Martinsville, Va.

I could not agree more. Andy is the best agent I have ever dealt with. Besides answering the phone when you call, he finds out what you need and BINGO...it's on the way just a few moments later. No BS, no excuses...he just gets it done pronto.
I have nothing but praise for "Big Daddy".

So nothing has changed huh? 4 years ago I bought my CompARF Flash from Andy. Prompt response and quick delivery.
But then...he shows up at KY Jets with his own "Hot Flash" with some mongo engine in it, and procedes to show us all up! The nerve. I hid my Flash so no one would see it was so much slower.

Andy has been great to deal with, its too bad Comp arf doesn't stock enough gear for there kits though, 2 months waiting for ct114 gear is a bit much i think.. Not Andy's fault though so don't beat on me, after flying one this weekend im kinda stoked on getting mine airworthy but its a bit big to hand launch

I'll chime in here... not really a jet guy but do like the Full size 104's, the Thuds and F4's and a Helo mech by trade,,,
Andy's been helpful to me as well for my CARF build,,, answering my questions, getting me some extra parts and listening to my "female dog",,, I'll leave that, at that
thanks Andy!

Funny this thread should come up now. I emailed Andy this morning (Sunday!) about an Ultra Lightning upgrade in a custom scheme, and he's already got back to me with a price and we've got the quote paid.
Awesome service

Last week I talked to Andy( he's a personal friend), inquiring in
the gear package for my Tutor. Next thing I recieved the other day
was a notice from Carf with the tracking number of the pack.
That's service, just like Todd.

The gear delay on the CT-114 was not a direct CARF issue, they work with some of the best manufacturers for accessories and Behotec who supply most of the CT-114 gear are just settling back into a new premises and things got a bit backed up. This and UF gear has been going out for the last week or so

RE: Comp- Arf and Andy Kane
Yea, I understand that, what is disconcerting or annoying is that I made a purchase IN the U.S. to a U.S. rep and got the charge. Had I been aware that was a possiblity I would confirmed with this bank BEFORE using that card. If I had ordered a plane I new was coming from overseas I might expect that. I have several Carf's but I am a new direct customer and this was a shocker to say the least.
I am NOT blaming Andy for that, he has been very responsive with any concerns and, just would have liked to of had a heads up the card would be charged through Carf and not through Andy.

I just bought my UF with Andy as rep. Everything went smooth. Great service. Answered all my emails with questions in no time. Had my quote right away.
I have also bought stuff from Todd and never have had an issue.
Carf, Andy, Todd great combination...

I ordered the Tutor with gear and it was all shipped quickly and arrived even quicker. I don't think Andy sleeps much - allways right on top of the e-mails.
Thanks for the great service Andy and Comp Arf.
Even better is I know when I go to build the jet I don't have to worry about lack of hinges in the rudder, lack of hard points for wing/stab mounting, mounting tabs that will pull out after a few flights, gear that works and I dont have to roll the plane on its back to get them to retract and an airframe that's been tested BEFORE releasing to the public.
