So what happens when a servo goes bad, how do you change it out?

First time to install servos is comfortable before moulds are close. Then I can cange servos via hatches of course

Amazing Job Mike!! It is great to see you share your talent around the world. Our countries' politicians could use a lesson on how to get along and share talents!

Just curious Mike! Are you an Engineer by trade or education for a full time job? The normal modeler couldn't design and then build something this intricate that will actually work and fly.

No problem Sir.
I am an ordinary Russian engineer (mining engineer if to be exact). Still I have a second higher education - I am a financier.
I'm worked long time in leasing company. Now I have the family business which doesn't demand a lot of time. I very much love this hobby and dreamed to make something like my 777. I spent a lot of work and time to this project. I engineered and built my first 777-model of 3 years. I want to share my job results with other modellers. Why such good project must die in my garage? Therefore I am ready to do this model to other people. I don't try to earn on it. This work takes all my time, but doesn't bring in almost any money.
This is my hobby, Sir.
So and of-course I need some money to buy 2 turbines for my next 777-200LR

Good Saturday Morning Mike!
From your building techniques and design, I knew you must be an Engineer. My scale teammate is an Engineer too, but we haven't competed for about ten years. He could do amazing things with designing and building planes. I am a retired Jet Capt. I can fly them and build a true kit, and assemble an ARF, but not do what you are doing as far as designing the jet, make the molds, and have a finished, flying scale jet! Truly respectful of your talents!! Can't wait to see this project come together and fly!! Please keep sharing your progress! Trust me, I understand about coming up with the money for engines!! I have a jet engine sitting in the closet right now, and can't afford the airframe for it yet. Love watching hobbyist and builders of airliner that you guys do over in Germany and Russia. Not sure why we don't see more project like this in the USA. Might be our AMA weight limits and rules for large models. Keep up the good work! Dan

Thanks for you compliments Dan. Such words help to go forward and make all projects successful
I dont know about 1:16 scale airliners, but my model will be around 16-17 kg flying weight and 2,95m x 2,95m
I think it is ok for AMA, but main question is a lot of work need to prepare airliner kit to ready to fly. No ARF in the market, no

Under the LTMA program, you can go up to 100 lbs weight and 90 lbs thrust. This project looks like it will be well within those limits. With this quality of construction, the inspection process would be very quick and easy.

I just think that there are not that many guys in the US that are interested in airliners. We have a few PCM Models L1011' in our stash and the 757 parts from Rauch. Hopefully we can get one of the L1011's flying for next season...

Bob, there in USA, you can have this 777 also as you wish I think (I hope) in near future I'll have partner in Canada, who can give you service to buy this model.

Bob, unfortunately, the potential partner from Canada decided not to have a partnership with the Russian modelers
Politics bring some changes in our hobby - it's a sadly
But I'm ready to get order and deliver 777 to my customers.

No, not yet. We're restoring one of the L1011's because it only needs one turbine...
