"Jets Over the Valley 2011" Roll Call!
Time is apon us again, the 4th annual "jets over the valley" Aug. 19 - 21st. Friday the 19th is set up and free flying day. Our club flies off a 3000ft blacktop runway, the trees on the far far west end of the runway where removed! This year pilot registrations is only $20!! Come to Youngstown, Ohio area for 3 full days of kero-burning fun!! Jim Hiller is the CD. You can pre-register thru our club's website (via PayPal).

Ok guys, went out last nighi and the field is looking good in preparation for this weekend. The pit area and parking area are all freshly mowed, the runway had all cracks/seams filled, smoothed, and freshly sealed last week, really a nice job. BiilyD is out this morning repainting the centerline and associated pit and taxi lines. The field is looking sharp.
I plan on getting out Friday morning around 9:00 for setup and to kickoff the flying action. Remember, RV's are welcome, but we only have primitive camping, no electricity or water.
See you all this weekend.
