Is not quite ready yet all I need now are my turbines. I have paint the ordinance up and bit of art work as well. I weighted it 16Kg (35lbs) with ordinance but with no motors…

Damo260.... Has it flown yet? Any news on the flight and the radio setup you have?
I am in the process of ordering a kit from them when I go to China next month, I will be going to the factory to see it in its finished state, before I part with my money hehe
So any build issues and flight problems would be helpful before I buy

Cheers Karl

I advise you to search Fly Eagle Jet's history.

And yes, ALL their jets have proven themselves untrustworthy.

Hi Karl

Yes the the A-10 flying with no problems. I sold it to a mate of mine he has put about 10 flight on it now with no problems. There is nothing wrong with the airframe all I did was go over all the glue joints

Ravill,

not every FEJ is doomed, granted more problems then other mfgs, but I know people that have over 100 flights on a full honey comb airframe and they aren't babying there jets either.

As for me, I have never had a plane that had more than 40 flights (jets) on it regardless of the manufcaturer as by then I'm bored with the airframe and its time to move on.

Thanks for the advise, I have a F16 and F15 both FEJ, but I have not flown them yet hehe, The F15 1/9th scale was a new secondhand airframe that I paid little money for, so I will give it a try soon. The F16 1/8th scale has been flown before, I brought this second hand too, not a lot of money. I have had it for over a year and still working out why there is all this slop in the elevator linkage, I will make a pull pull for it and hopefully it will be good. The F15 elevator is not too bad.
I just wanted advise on the A10, for the money it seems a good buy, but as with everything there will be problems along the way, I get it all the time lol
I had problems with my other jet too, but I stick with it until it beats me, then I move it to one side or I will throw it up the wall lol
I just do not want to lose one in the ground or in the air due too airframe problems......
