Default Good way to cap an airline?

Hey guys,
I put in an air cylinder that didn't work out, I have it T'd into a complete system and it would take a bunch of replumbing to get rid of this T

Have you ever cap an airline and it gave you no issues? what did you use?

I've thought of running a screw in it, or inject epoxy.... but if this thing leaks to will suck.

I hate to mickey mouse things, but really don't want to try and re-do this airline work that took me hours to do

any thoughts?

Thanks
Ron

just fold the tube over and safety it to its self.

Select appropriate size nail, cut to length, solder brass tubing collar to end, then wire tie.

Plug in a T and do a closed loop on the other 2 barbs. No way that will leak.

Don't over think this keep it simple. Fold it into a z and zip tie or safety. Or solder a restrictor and you get a barbed plug. One last easy way would be hot duck bills and crimp it. Like they do with the fuel fittings when they ship a turbine. This would make me a bit nervous at 100 psi over time though.

I use a festo straight connector with a blanking Plug to cap the airline.

Or heat the tubing with a lighter until it softens/melt, then pinch with a flat plier.

A servo screw if not threaded the full lenght will work fine also.

For sealing a pipe/line

For sealing another festo connector (such as a fuel filler)

While at it I'll also recommend these quick connectors for filling fuel, smoke or even propane. they are awesome and very light!! We use them in both the 3mm and 4mm versions.
