Default Just started the 1:5 scale rafale

So starting with the pain job and this one is going to be time consuming process, so this is the first glimpse of what I’m doing, and I’m slightly overwhelmed because of the time that I’ve spent just with the small portion of it, let me know what you think about this.

Contact Hiep Do ( former Tam pipe maker ) and he will make any pipe you need. He just needs measurements

Actually I do have the big Y pipe to make this jet single turbine powered instead of the twin heavier and more complex model, this jet will be powered with BF300 turbine based that’s what I have waiting for.

So for the big one I have pipe from the big feibao f-15 that was built long before by ramjets and it’s rated for 300 size turbine, and for my smaller Bvm rafale I have several pipes adopted from other jets and they fit perfectly, maybe just slightly off nozzles center but I really don’t think that this would effect anything except the visual appearance, so if you can find something with similar length and the distance between the exhaust pipes work just go for it or just do what most European do one straight pipe centered between the nozzles, just like most eurofighters jets

Hi....
I have the 1/6.8 Aviation Design Rafale waiting to be finished, and it will powered with Kingtech 180.
I couldn't bear the thought that it would only be with a tail pipe that comes out in the middle of the body, which hurts the scale appearance , so last year at the Jet Power event I contacted the Grumania company,
and they made me a wonderful tail pipe that is something like a V configuration, and the quality seems great to me.

Hello Sysiek, excellent project that looks very promising. I have an AD Rafale that I started building in 2007 and I plan to get back into it this year. I follow your progress with interest to take ideas from your work.

I will also take the single turbine path, 180 ~ 200N. I have done a lot of reengineering on mine but I see that your version is more and better finished.
Yours is AD, right? 1/7 or 1/5 ?
Upload many pics!
