Default Tams F18

I just picked up a NIB Tams F18 super hornet with a NIB Rhino from a friend. I am in need of Retracts and struts as well as fuel tanks. Anyone have a set of these they want to sell.

Is there a build on RCU somewhere?

initially they came with BVM retracts. So Im sure you could use those for the mains and nose. There were some "reported" issues with the BVM nose gear by a few people. Tam then create a heavy duty custom nose gear as an option. Hope that helps you some.

Not sure what the issue would have been, the kits were first sold with Kingcat gear and they have an excellent reputation.

If you search the threads here on RCU you will find the "reported" issue. As far as struts there was also an issue of who copied who with skymaster and tam on the struts. That being said you could prolly order the skymaster struts and put them in the BVM gear.

Does TAM not have the parts for the 18 any more ?
