I've built an RC multicopter for an airborne video platform and let me say knowing what I know I would not get in that thing (today)!! This is coming from someone who would gladly fly an ultralight airplane (flying bicycle or tent). I always thought when I was building mine that it would be the future of the personal airborne VTOL people mover. Some day!!! (no thanks to the death by model airplane propeller though!!)

The Chinese gasser VTOL contraption well and truly scares me to death... just looking at it. CHOP SUEY!!!!
