RE: My Jetlegend Mig29 in China
Congrats for your first jet!
The full size Mig 29 also didn´t have gyros and still has fantastic handling, from near stall speeds thru supersonic flight.. a major accomplishment from the Mig Bureau wich is reflected in our small r/c models.
You may try one day of this a F-15 that I am sure you will appreciate it as well!
Best regards, Enrique

RE: My Jetlegend Mig29 in China
Guys,
I think I mentioned previously but the new gear has a secondary locking mechanism to replace the original shuttle mechanism. This is a cylinder which drives a pin into a slot on the mains unit and so locks the leg in the down position. It works well...
The nose leg is the original shuttle locking system in the main cylinder.
I've had 30+ flights on mine and the gear has been okay though I would like to try the original mains shuttle lock system as inspection of the well used nose unit one revealed no wear at all.
Hope this helps...
Jeff
