Default JHH Cougar

Anybody having a decent CG location for this old bird? The one on the drawings is incorrect resulting in a tail-heavy condition...

I flew my original Cougar for years at the plans location. What makes you say it's tail heavy? Keep in mind, the Panther and Cougar both have relatively small tail surfaces.. so control throws don't need to be very large to fly the airplane properly.

I`ve flown this plane earlier years ago - both under glow-DF and EDF power and found it difficult to establish a correct CG. I would say prone to act tail-heavy. The main UC being a tad far back does`nt help either. Need a fair amount of elevator to rotate. In the air the "sit" attitude is pronounced and also wiggly around the longitudal axis. My larger Cougar acts nothing like this, so I rest my Case :-)
