All thumbs, I hold the transmitter pretty low and can't find a strap long enough to be comfortable.

I bought a tray this summer at a swap meet and at first it was awkward but now I really like it and when I fly on another transmitter it feels wierd. I switched to thumb and forefinger and I have much better control in rolls and loops. But you do what feels right to you, there are plans out there for making your own trays for about 10-20 $ google transmitter tray or search on here.

All thumbs too... tried a couple different neckstraps, felt awkward and didn't hang low enough. Tried a tray, too heavy and thumbs still didn't feel right, too relaxed, and pinching seemed way strange. Guess I'll always be a 'holder'... I do practice finding switches blind beforehand so I'm not fumbling during flight..
