Default SkySport Model Aviation

I’d just like to say Thank You to all the members of RCU that have welcomed me to the forum over the past few months. I’m sure than no explanation is needed but if possible I would like to describe the details of the company listed in my signature, SkySport Model Aviation.

My apologies to RCU is this isn’t the correct place to post, however as our primary focus is turbine powered aircraft, I thought it may have been best suited, please feel free to either move or delete this post if un permitted.

SkySport is a small family run unit specialising in Turn Key Aircraft Building and Custom Installations based in the U.K, we understand that not everyone has the spare time to build the models they desire in the time scale they may require. We also understand that the attention to detail needed within this specialised section of our hobby is paramount and aim to provide the best possible service we can to our customer. As keen flyers ourselves, we realise there can be no compromise in the standard of Structural Building and Component Installation within any airframe, Turbine, Electric, Gas or Glow.

We are a Father and Son team with a range of experience dating back to the ICDF days of the mid 1990’s. Both of us being Technical Engineers by trade has allowed us to transfer the processes used within our workplace into our hobby ensuring each Airframe that leaves our workshop is 100% and the customer is also 100% happy with the work carried out.
An example of our efforts to ensure Customer Satisfaction is to either Email, Text or even Post a detailed Portfolio of each Stage of the Build to the owner of the airframe, ensuring they are happy with each step before we move onto the next, or with permission from the owner, it is possible we can post a Build / Assembly Thread on the forum so the owner has instant access to the build as we move along.

If anyone, would like to see any of our work, we are currently assembling a Composite ARF Flash over winter, this will be my model which may explain why the build is going so slowly, the other half doesn’t understand when it’s one of our models we are building.

My apologies is this seems a little vague or if it seems we are re inventing the wheel, please feel free to get in touch with any questions or enquiries you may have either through RCU or by Email and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Kind Regards

Jame
