Default EZ-LONG 160

Hi all, I am looking for the EZ-LONG 160, I did some shopping but can find one to buy.
Maybe one of you guys have one and want to sell it to me,I dont mind the condition, it can be new in box or used, I prefer airplane only no engine etc etc.
If I lucky to get one my shipping address is Miami FL.

Thanks.
Gio.

Recieve one as birthday gift a few years ago.Not much info on net about it.Was going to covert to turbine power.Sitting in storage when I have a chance to get to it.Have planes ahead of this one.
I believe,Christian Diffussion was marketing as[img][/img] turbine plane a while back.I think Ezonemag.com has a thread on this plane.I wish you luck trying to get one.Have not seen any available anywhere.

Regards,
Walter

Hi Gio
I built a LE 160 few years ago.
Unfortunately for you I sold it to USA after over 1400 h flight time !
She was a 160 LE due to it was equipped with a Lycoming 160 HP.
So I think this one was a little to big for you !

Me too, but mine was a Vari Eze. Fun airplane to fly.

I have one. Several flights on it. Very nice condition. Probably around 200 bucks if you can get to Calif.

A few years ago I bought the 60 size long-ez from AK-Models and few it about 20-30 flights. Really nice plane until I pulled a loop and the canard folded on me and took it straight to the ground. Nothing left but the engine. So I wouldn't recommend the Richmodel at any size as a turbine conversion unless you beef up the canard to keep it from oscillating. It also has a nasty stall characteristic in slow turns, to low to the ground and you won't be able to recover. You most certainly have to fly this plane scale if you want it to last a while. My 2 cents.

Well, "scale" flying in the case of my full size VariEze included loops. Good thing the real canard was a lot stronger than the model!
