I picked up a partially built Mark Frankel's LEARJET 35A from Mark Frankel, so after looking for a build thread on one and not finding one, I figured I would do one. This learjet is a 35A version, fiberglass fuse and foam covered wing, stab and tail. I'm making it turbine powered. Right now I'm working on the tail and will post pics as I go along, I'm planing on making this a very scale build, so stay tune.

Currently building the 31A version of the same model. I'll watch your thread and look forward to seeing yours come together.
Btw, it was nice meeting you at the WRAM show.

Making lots of progress, getting close to mounting the vertical fin.

I found it helpful to glass and prime/sand the stab and fin before mounting them together and on the fuse. They are a lot easier to work with off the fuse. Also, mounting the wing will help as a reference point to align the fin/stab.
Those carbon former parts look really nice. I manually cut mine from G10.
