Default Big thanks to Jet Central!

Well I have been having problems with my yellow F22 raptor and flameouts with a Jetcentral Supereagle I bought here on RCU.
I was getting a flame out after 6 mins of flight. Post flight inspection shows half tanks fuel and UAT full.

It was pretty clear that I was having fuel problems by the puff of smoke I was getting during the flameout. Well the guys at Jetcetral went through the entire plane at FLjets and gave me some tips.they also sent me a new ECU to try. I did and still had the same issue. Juan and Eric continued to work with me and try and pinpoint the problem. So I then changed the fuel lines for the clunks and also changed the fuel line from the UAT to turbine.

I then let Eric know I would try it and get back to him. He replyed and offerd to drive up on his own dime and help me in person at the feild get it flying. 7 gallons of burnt jetA later I would say the problem is solved and the plane flies great.

This is way above and beyond what I expect in this hoobby. Even in fullscale aviation you dont get service like this.

A big thanks to Jetcentral and Eric and Juan!

Soooo what was the cure?

Was it the fuel lines for the clunks, or the fuel line to the UAT?
You really didn't say what solved the issue

We already know the service is great

Not really sure what did it. I beleive it was the thick tygon tubing on the clunks. They did not let the clunk move around to the front of the tanks. The tanks on the yellow F22 are very long and skinny so it only took a slight nose down angle to make the clunks run dry.

If they are long and skinny, a fwd collector tank would also work (besides the UAT)

I Dont think it was the fuel tanks, I bet it was a funky program in that Aurora 9ch radio. Now that you have Futaba with out all that telemetry in the mix, all seems real good. Chris when are you going to come back flying again? I am going to bring out the Kingcat this sunday and get a few flights in on it so I can take it up to Joe Nall.

Yes, I agree. I have been dealing with Eric on an issue with a Falcon, and he has been VERY friendly, and helpful. I'm hoping to have the engine back in my hands by the end of the week.

I have to totally agree!!!
I am having a problem with my Falcon right now. I spoke to Eric late in the day about it. The next day 9:30am Fed-X is ringing my bell with a brand new ECU.

The part that blows me away is that I got a used turbine that they dont even make anymore and they still stepped up and gave me great support.

Got a better one. Getting advice and support from Eric on a turbine that is not even JetCentral, but used the same ECU!
